How to Link Your Social Media Accounts
- Once logged into your account, click on the Profile Menu in the top right-hand corner of the screen, and select Social Accounts.
- Select the account you wish to link. We currently support Apple, Discord, Facebook, Google, and Twitter logins.
- Fill in your login credentials, and click Authorize. Note, if you have Two-Factor Authentication enabled for the social account you have chosen to link, you may be required to complete an extra step.
How to Un-Link Your Social Media Accounts
Remember, if you want to unlink an account later on, you can always return to the Social Accounts menu and click on Remove to unlink the account.
Troubleshooting
Problem: “It says I've already connected my Discord to another RCRDSHP account, but I only have one account.”
Solution: This could happen if you've logged in to RCRDSHP with Discord without linking your primary RCRDSHP account to your Discord first. Try logging in with Discord, you'll probably find that it's linked to an account you don't use, then you can unlink it from there and link it with the account you normally log in to.
Problem: "I have just logged in with one of my social accounts, but all my collectibles are missing! I think I have two accounts now."
Solution: This happens if you select to log in with an account that hasn't already been linked to your existing profile. To resolve this, please submit a support ticket here.
